Theatresports, it’s all about improvising which means creating comedic and entertaining scenes spontaneously on the spot. It can be stressful, hectic, random but always lots of fun! Offered both to Junior and Senior students which is then divided up into competitive and social teams, there is an opportunity for students of all performance abilities to enjoy what Theatresports has to offer. The competitive teams are selected at the beginning of the school year and go on to compete at the regional level at the Waikato Secondary School Theatresports Competition against other schools. The social teams have a competition of their own held at school and compete with other social teams from CHS. 

Theatresports is a domain for students to showcase their creativity in the Performing Arts, a chance to meet like minded students who share similar passions, form new friendships and grow their confidence in the public arena.
