This is the preliminary course on the way to learning the technology design process in the context of Textiles. This process can be applied to any technology and, more importantly, the problem-solving skills are transferable to any issue or problem. The course covers all things soft material, from wearable arts and fashion garments, to lighting and homeware projects. These are things seniors can choose as their authentic context. In the junior programme, students are provided with skills in machinery and tools to enable the above by completing soft material outcomes.
