Chess started at CHS in 2020 with a small but dedicated group wanting to develop their skills and enjoy this addictive game of strategy.

The love of the sports sees a casual group of players that meet most days at interval and lunchtime to play a game, enjoy each other’s company and develop their skills.  This group welcomes new members in the spirit of fun, enjoyment, and competition.

From beginners to more expert players the club is open to all comers.
